Nate studied abroad on the Syrcause University program to Madrid for a semester during his undergrad, and for one and a half years in New Zealand for his graduate program. Nate first advised CU study abroad students as a peer advisor in 2001-2002. After graduating from CU-Boulder as an International Affairs major, he worked in a similar capacity with AustraLearn study abroad programs. He continued working with AustraLearn as a Program Introduction Leader while working towards his Masters degree at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. He returned from New Zealand in October 2006 and began with CU Office of International Education in January 2007. He is passionate about study abroad and is thrilled to be managing programs at CU-Boulder.
