Study Abroad 101: Your First Step to Studying Abroad!
Study Abroad 101 is your first advising session: you'll learn about reasons for studying abroad, differences between CU-approved and non-CU programs, program types, housing options, major/minor and A&S core requirements, credits, grades and graduation information. There will also be an overview of the financial aspects of study abroad, including program costs and financial aid. You will discover ways to search for your best fit program, how to review eligibility requirements, the application process and deadlines.
Once you've attended the 30-minute session, you'll be prepared to sit down individually with a study abroad advisor.
Dates, Times and Locations (new dates added weekly):
Please be on time for all sessions. Due to the density and importance of the information covered, students who arrive late will be asked to attend a later session.
